Registration Fees

Note: All fees are in USD. Registration fees include access to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, and the welcome reception. The conference banquet is optional and has an additional fee of $80.
Registration Process
To register for EGAI 2025, please follow these steps:

- Fill out the registration form with your details.
- Select your registration category and any optional items (e.g., banquet).
- Proceed to payment using the available methods.
- You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.

Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers. Details for bank transfers will be provided in the registration system.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by December 15, 2024, will be refunded, subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after December 15, 2024. All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the registration chair.
